Since the molding temperature of the plastic product is high, the color should not decompose discoloration under the molding heating temperature conditions. Generally, the inorganic pigment is preferably heat resistance, and the organic pigments and dye heat resistance are poor, which should cause sufficient attention when selecting the color species.

(2) The dispersion of the color, should be good. When the color is dispersion uneven, it will affect the appearance of the article; when the color is colored, the amount of color is increased, and the material cost is improved. The same color is different from the dispersibility and coloration in different resins, so it should be aware of this when the color is selected.

The particle size and dispersibility of the color are also related, the smaller the particle size of the color, and the better the dispersibility, and the coloring force is also strong.

(3) There should be other properties of the color, such as for plastic products used in food, children's toys, require non-toxic; plastic products for electrical appliances, should choose from electrically insulating color; For outdoor plastic products, color aging resistance should be selected.
